Wizards should drop amulets.

Magic - most common
Accuracy - next most common
Defense -medium rarity
strength - slightly rare
glory - rarest

Mage amulet 52%
Accuracy 25%
Defence 13%
Power 8%
Glory 2%

Rates too high would ruin the economy.. We don't want players to get an Amulet of Magic each other time he kills a Wizard, and if he doesn't get that, he would get an Amulet of Accuracy.

You have to think about it like this..

52+25+13+8+1 = 99

So, ~99% of the time a Player will get a drop.. Hmm..

27+16+10+3+.5 = 56.5

So, ~56.5% of the time a Player will get a drop, seems more reasonable, no?

I suppose that makes more sense but a drop handler will not handle decimals, one of the few downfalls of java bad calculation skills, so itd be 57 instead of 56.

True, but if ofcourse if the drops were the % i said then obviously mage amulet wouldn't be worth much at all so people wouldnt be able to make a fortune from killing wizards.

Of course not, but how would you like to get an Amulet of Magic every other drop? You either pick it up and it takes up bank space, or you leave it and it lags the server Smile
